G’day
well there goes another month, quite pleasant in NZ, not so much rain and quite warm for winter. Good for Le Jardin. Beetroot, beans, tomatoes, spring onions, radishes, potatoes, cucumbers all raising their heads above ground; slugs an snails having a feast, but not for long.
AR,VR and AI all feature acronymonioulsy in my reading this month. Seems to be gathering pace with a lot of ingenious and innovative approaches to using them in learning and teaching; disruptive innovation is having a heyday!
An interesting move by New Zealand government on the adoption of a micro credentials framework. Be something to watch.
In the posting this month there are links to 21st Century framework, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, Education 3.0 and Pedagogy, Professional development resources for VET, Design framework,Micro-credentials, Technology in learning benchmark, Active learning resources, Periodic table videos, Citation engine, Conferences, New Zealand happenings** and the Odd one out.
