G’Day

A couple of good online/f2f/ virtual conferences coming up so I thought I would put keys to screen and let you know about them.

NZ is still in the grip of Covid and a little paranoid about percentages and numbers. Hopefully some common sense? will prevail and life will move into the new normal i.e. able to travel and see people friends and relatives as well as eat out and about; we shall see:-)

The garden has burst into bloom and everything is growing madly, including the 100 mtrs of hedging.Dug up some more potatoes, radishes, spring onions and spins ah this month; lots more to come.

In the posting this month there are fewer links mainly concentrating on planning online learning and exploring cognitive load: Planning and Designing a Blended or Online Course,.Planning for a Blended Future,Instructional Strategies for Virtual Learning,Cognitive Load Theory,The problem with Cognitive Load Theory, Publications , Conferences and the odd one out.

Enjoy and relax
